Is Renovo IICRC compliant?

Renovo records what IICRC S500 drying work calls for — Category, Class, psychrometric and moisture readings against a dry standard, daily monitoring — and prints it. Compliance is how the work is done; Renovo is the record of it and is not endorsed by the IICRC.

Can we change the wording of our reports?

Yes. Every claim document is your own template in Settings → Document Templates; a company that never opens it prints the built-in version.

Can adjusters open the reports without an account?

Yes, through a share link for one document or the whole package.
