Fire damage restoration software
for the long job after the fire.
A fire loss is several jobs at once: emergency board-up, contents pack-out and cleaning, smoke and soot remediation, water from the suppression, and a rebuild that can run for months. Renovo keeps all of it on one claim — with the adjuster's approvals, the estimate and every invoice against it.
- Emergency authorization signed on site
- Cause of loss and the claim's coverage on file
- Contents inventoried, packed out and tracked
- Mitigation, cleaning and rebuild scoped by room
- Approvals and supplements billed as they arrive
Emergency response,
documented as it happens.
The first visit decides what the carrier will pay for. Renovo puts the authorization, the photos and the scope on the claim before the crew leaves.
- Emergency AuthorizationSigned by the insured on the phone or by e-signature, filed on the claim with its PDF.
- Cause of lossRecorded on the claim and carried into the reports.
- Photos and notes by roomTaken in the app and pinned to the area they show; in every PDF a photo opens full size when clicked.
- Water from the suppressionDried and logged with the same drying tools as any water loss.
Smoke-damaged contents,
accounted for item by item.
Contents work on a fire loss is often the biggest line on the claim. Renovo's contents management records each item's room, condition, photos and value, decides salvageable or not, and follows it through pack-out, cleaning, storage and return.
- InventoryItems by room with photos, quantity, condition, replacement cost and actual cash value.
- Pack-outBox labels, items scanned into boxes, and every move recorded against the claim.
- Adjuster reportingA contents inventory the adjuster can read, in the claim's insurance package.
Reconstruction,
on the same claim.
Renovo is also construction software, so the rebuild does not move to another system. The claim's job carries the budget, purchase orders, subcontractors, change orders, the schedule and progress billing — and each approval from the adjuster adds itself to the budget and a draft invoice.
Asked
often.
Fire & smoke damage in Renovo, answered.
Is Renovo suitable for smoke damage restoration?
Yes. Smoke and soot cleaning, deodorization and contents cleaning are scoped and priced on the claim like any other work, by room, with photos and approvals against them.
Can one fire claim have several phases?
Yes. Mitigation, contents and reconstruction can each be scheduled and invoiced separately while staying on one claim, so job costing shows the whole loss.
How are supplements handled?
Each supplement is an approval on the claim. When the adjuster approves it, its amount goes onto the job's budget and a draft invoice by itself — no re-keying.
