RESTORATION / WATER MITIGATION

Water damage restoration software
that proves the job is dry.

Water mitigation management in one place: the floor plan, the affected areas with their IICRC S500 Category of water and Class of loss, daily psychrometric and moisture readings against the dry standard, the equipment on site, and the reports the carrier asks for — from a burst pipe in a condo to a flooded basement.

A DRYING JOB IN RENOVO
  • Category and Class per area, inherited down the building
  • Temperature, RH, GPP and dew point, logged daily
  • Material moisture pinned to the plan, against the dry standard
  • Air movers and dehumidifiers placed on the plan
  • Dry log, moisture map and final drying certificate
STRUCTURAL DRYING / 01

Structural drying software,
room by room.

Every reading belongs to a place. Renovo models the property as a tree — building, floor, unit, room, wall — so a reading, a photo or a piece of equipment is pinned to where it was taken, and each area knows whether it is wet, drying or dry.

DRYING DOCUMENTATION / 02

The paperwork,
written by the readings.

Water damage documentation is what gets a drying invoice paid. The reports are drawn from the readings and the plan, not typed up afterwards, and each prints from your own template.

FLOOR PLANS / 03

Measure the room
with the phone you have.

The Renovo app scans a room into a floor plan: with LiDAR on iPhones that have it, depth sensing on Android phones that support it, and an on-device AI depth estimate on other phones — or by tapping the corners. The plan carries the moisture readings, the equipment and the containment zones, and its measurements feed the estimate.

QUESTIONS

Asked
often.

Water damage & mitigation in Renovo, answered.

Is Renovo water mitigation software or job management software?

Both. The drying records sit on the same claim as the schedule, the estimate, the approvals and the invoice, so a water damage job is managed and documented in one place.

Does Renovo follow IICRC S500?

The drying records are organised around what S500 work records: Category of water, Class of loss, psychrometric readings, material moisture against a dry standard, and daily monitoring. Renovo is a tool for keeping those records; it is not certified or endorsed by the IICRC.

Can technicians log readings in the field?

Yes, from the Renovo app or any browser. Readings, photos and equipment are saved against the room they were taken in and are on the office's screen at once.

Does it handle flood and large water losses?

Yes. A loss can hold a whole building — several floors and units — each with its own areas, readings and equipment. See commercial and large loss restoration.
