Restoration estimating software
that prices the scope you documented.
Two kinds of estimate, one system. Claim estimates price the scope of loss for the carrier — room by room, with replacement cost, depreciation, actual cash value, overhead and profit and the deductible. Customer estimates and proposals go to the homeowner or property manager to approve and sign online.
- Lines by room from a restoration price list
- RCV, recoverable and non-recoverable depreciation, ACV
- Overhead & profit, tax, deductible, net claim
- Scope suggested from the plan's measurements
- Submitted, approved or revision requested
Insurance restoration estimating
with the math done for you.
Every figure is computed on the server from the lines that justify it, so the RCV, ACV and net claim never drift from the scope.
- Room-scoped linesSquare feet, linear feet, each, hours, days — priced from a restoration unit-cost catalog and placed in the room they belong to.
- DepreciationPer line, split into recoverable and non-recoverable, giving the actual cash value.
- Overhead & profit and taxSet per estimate.
- Deductible and coverageApplied to a net claim figure, with a check against the coverage limit.
- StatusDraft, submitted to carrier, approved, or revision requested.
A scope of work generator
that starts from what you measured.
Renovo suggests scope lines from the documented damage — the floor plan's measured areas, each room's status and the equipment deployed. Quantities come only from recorded measurements, never guessed, and nothing is added until the estimator accepts it.
- From the scanRooms scanned in the app give their square footage and perimeter.
- From the equipmentEquipment days on site become equipment lines.
- Reviewed, then addedEach suggestion is accepted or dismissed; accepted lines are marked as suggested.
Restoration quotes
customers approve online.
For retail work, uninsured scope and the rebuild, an estimate is a proposal: sections, Good / Better / Best options, optional upgrades, your terms and photos. The customer opens it on a link, picks options, signs and can pay the deposit by card. Approved, it converts into a job or an invoice.
Renovo is not Xactimate and does not use its price lists. Many carriers require an Xactimate estimate; if yours do, upload the Xactimate PDF on the claim and it goes into the Insurer Compliance Package with the rest of the file. Renovo is not affiliated with Verisk.

Estimating & scope of work in Renovo, answered.
Is Renovo an AI estimating tool?
It suggests scope from the measurements and documentation already on the claim, and the estimator decides. It does not write an estimate from photos on its own — an estimate is settlement evidence, so every line is a person's decision.
Can I use my own prices?
Yes. Your price book holds your costs and prices; customer estimates and budgets price from it.
Does it estimate water damage and fire damage?
Yes — mitigation, cleaning, contents and repair lines are priced the same way, by room.
Can construction and repair estimates be done in it too?
Yes. Renovo is also construction estimating software, with budget templates and cost codes for repair and rebuild work.
